3. Larry Antonucci, MD, president and CEO of Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Health, will step down from his role when his contract concludes on Sept. 30.  

4. Bruce Tassin was appointed CEO of Georgetown Community Hospital and Bluegrass Community Hospital and market president of Clark Regional Medical Center and Bourbon Community Hospital, in addition to Georgetown and Bluegrass. All four Central Kentucky hospitals are part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Health.
