Gregory Passanante, DNP, RN, has exited his role as Northeast market administrator for Shriners Children’s Hospital Philadelphia, a CEO-level role overseeing four facilities.
He will become president and CEO of Bancroft, a Cherry Hill, N.J.-based nonprofit serving individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities, effective Jan. 7, according to a Dec. 10 news release from the organization.
Dr. Passanante brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role, including eight years as chief nursing officer at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.
He will succeed Toni Pergolin, who is retiring after leading Bancroft for more than two decades.
