West Plains, Mo.-based Ozarks Healthcare has named Terence Farrell as CEO.
Mr. Farrell brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare organizations, according to an Aug. 28 news release. He most recently served as president of a three-hospital regional system in Ada, Okla., part of Chesterfield, Mo.-based Mercy.
During his tenure at Mercy, Mr. Farrell oversaw operational and financial improvements, secured $34 million in philanthropic and federal support and helped the system achieve an “A” grade from The Leapfrog Group and a CMS star rating increase from 2 to 5 stars.
Ozarks Healthcare includes a 114-bed hospital and behavioral health, rehabilitation and home care services.
