HCA Tennessee hospital taps CEO

Wyatt Chocklett was appointed CEO of Dickson, Tenn.-based TriStar Horizon Medical Center, part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, according to a July 7 news release shared with Becker’s

Most recently, Mr. Chocklett, a 14-year HCA veteran, served as COO of Mission Hospital in Asheville, N.C.

He also previously served as COO at Largo (Fla.) Medical Center, Doctors Hospital of Sarasota (Fla.) and TriStar Horizon.

Noting that his appointment marks a return to the Volunteer State, Mr. Chocklett said, “I’m excited to rejoin the TriStar Horizon family and look forward to working with physicians, colleagues and board members to continue advancing the hospital’s mission of providing exceptional care to our neighbors. People are the difference-makers in the delivery of healthcare, and I feel fortunate to return to this incredible community.”

TriStar Horizon is a 158-bed facility.
