Loyola Medicine names hospital president

Elizabeth Early has been named president of Loyola University Medical Center, a 547-bed hospital in Maywood, Ill.

Ms. Early has served as president of Gottlieb Memorial Hospital in Melrose Park, Ill., since 2021, according to a June 18 Facebook post from Maywood-based Loyola Medicine. She joined the system in 2019 as regional vice president of professional and support services, according to her LinkedIn profile

The 61-acre Loyola University Medical Center campus includes the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center and the Center for Heart & Vascular Medicine. Loyola Medicine is part of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health.
