Beth Israel Lahey Health hospital taps chief nurse

Michelle Savoie, MSN, RN, was named chief nursing officer and vice president of acute care services of Exeter (N.H.) Hospital. 

In her role, Ms. Savoie will enhance nursing practices in alignment with the hospital’s magnet for nursing excellence designation, according to a hospital news release.

Ms. Savoie has worked at the hospital since 2005, serving in a number of leadership roles including director of the Family Center and Center for Reproductive Care & Maternal Fetal Medicine and senior director of acute care services. In September, she was appointed interim chief nursing officer and vice president of acute care services.

Exeter Hospital is part of Beth Israel Lahey Health.
