Washington critical access hospital taps CFO

Elma, Wash.-based critical access hospital Summit Pacific Medical Center has named Cheryl Cornwell CFO. 

Ms. Cornwell comes to Summit Pacific with more than 14 years of experience as a CFO of critical access hospitals, according to a LinkedIn post from the hospital. Her past experience includes serving as the CFO of Morton, Wash.-based Arbor Health and Lake Chelan (Wash.) Health. 

“Her knowledge of rural healthcare finance and her heart for servant leadership aligns beautifully with our mission,” Summit Pacific CEO Josh Martin said in the post.  “Cheryl’s experience and values will help guide Summit Pacific as we continue to innovate and expand access to high-quality care in our community.”
