Benton, Ark.-based Saline Health System appointed Jackie Wilkerson, BSN, RN, chief nursing officer.
Ms. Wilkerson stepped into her new role April 21 and will focus her work on nurse recruitment and retention, according to an April 28 system news release.
She previously worked at the system as associate administrator and quality director from 2020 to 2023, but most recently she was associate chief nursing officer at HCA Tristar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, according to her LinkedIn page.
Saline Health is part of LifePoint Health and consists of Saline Memorial Hospital, a 177-bed acute care facility, and a network of clinics.
