CommonSpirit Health at Home names COO

Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health has named Charlotte Haisch, RN, as COO of its home health division.

Ms. Haisch has worked with San Francisco-based Dignity Health, which is part of CommonSpirit, for 35 years. She began her healthcare career as a staff nurse in 1985 and has since served in a variety of leadership roles. For the past five years, Ms. Haisch has served as regional vice president of CommonSpirit Health at Home, which offers health and hospice services in 13 states. 

In September, Trisha Crissman, CommonSpirit Health at Home’s former COO, was promoted to president and CEO.

CommonSpirit Health at Home handles 1.2 million patient encounters each year. It includes joint ventures with about a dozen health systems.
