Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth has named Todd Goodman as CFO, effective Feb. 1.

Mr. Goodman will succeed Paul Rathbun, who plans to retire at the end of January, according to a Nov. 4 health system news release. He will report to President and CEO David Banks and provide systemwide financial leadership across AdventHealth’s continuum of care.

Mr. Goodman most recently served as executive vice president of finance, overseeing corporate finance, managed care and reporting, as well as financial leadership for operations in Florida and the primary health division.

He previously served as senior vice president and CFO for both AdventHealth Florida and its Central Florida Division and has been with AdventHealth since 1991.

AdventHealth, which operates 56 hospitals in nine states, recently saw another leadership transition when President and CEO Terry Shaw retired in July after 40 years with the system.
