Garett May has been named CEO and president of West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero, La.
Mr. May joins the 435-bed hospital from Crestwood Medical Center in Huntsville, Ala., where he served as COO, according to a news release shared with Becker’s. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Merit Health Natchez in Mississippi.
WJMC is part of LCMC Health, an eight-hospital system based in New Orleans.
