Iowa City-based UI Health Care named Bevan Yueh, MD, inaugural chief physician executive.
Dr. Yueh will step into his new role July 31. He will oversee clinical care across the system, including hospitals, physician groups and current and future sites of care, according to a May 14 system news release.
Currently, he serves as vice dean for clinical affairs at the University of Minnesota Medical School and chief executive officer of University of Minnesota Physicians, both based in Minneapolis.
