Ascension Wisconsin has named Melinda Fagan as chief human resources executive.
Ms. Fagan joined Ascension Wisconsin from Morristown, N.J.-based Atlantic Health System, where she served as regional HR director for the 22,000-employee healthcare organization, according to a Nov. 17 Ascension news release. In that role, she led workforce, talent and culture strategies for team members across hospital, corporate and physician enterprise settings.
Her prior experience includes HR leadership roles at Fitch Ratings, Toys “R” Us and Denville, N.J.-based Saint Clare’s Health.
Ascension Wisconsin is part of St. Louis-based Ascension.
