Alyson Cole has been appointed COO of Penn Medicine Doylestown (Pa.) Health, which was acquired by Philadelphia-based Penn Medicine on April 1.
Ms. Cole played a key role in shaping the integration strategy for the 245-bed teaching hospital, according to a May 12 LinkedIn post from Kevin Mahoney, CEO of Penn Medicine.
She most recently served as interim chief administrative officer of the Penn Transplant Institute and associate executive director at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Penn Medicine Doylestown Health is the system’s seventh hospital.
