New York City-based NYC Health + Hospitals has appointed Divya Pathak as vice president and chief data and artificial intelligence officer, effective March 27.
In this role, Ms. Pathak will oversee data analytics, AI and digital innovation efforts, according to an April 24 news release the health system shared with Becker’s. Her appointment remains subject to board confirmation.
Ms. Pathak previously served as the health system’s chief data officer. In her expanded role, she now provides systemwide leadership for AI strategy and initiatives.
