Kristen Taylor, MSN, RN, has been named chief nursing officer of St. Luke’s Health-The Woodlands Hospital in Texas.
Ms. Taylor will also oversee nursing operations at St. Luke’s Health Springwoods Village Hospital in Spring, Texas, and St. Luke’s Health-Lakeside Hospital in the Woodlands. She has spent more than 10 years in clinical leadership roles, most recently as interim CNO of the three facilities. Under her leadership, nurse retention improved by 8% from 2023 to 2024, and patient experience scores increased to the 87th percentile, according to a June 6 news release sent to local news outlets.
Prior to serving as interim chief nurse, Ms. Taylor served as director of critical care at The Woodlands Hospital.
