Zach Dinardo has been named chief legal officer of Springfield, Ill.-based Memorial Health, according to a Sept. 24 LinkedIn post.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Dinardo served as a deputy chief counsel and compliance officer at Springfield (Ill.) Clinic.
He also served as a managing corporate counsel for Springfield Clinic, according to his LinkedIn page.
