Temple Health names chief human resources officer

Lauren Gordon has been appointed senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Philadelphia-based Temple Health.

In the new role, Ms. Gordon will oversee efforts to strengthen recruitment and retention, boost employee engagement and implement sustainable workforce strategies, according to an Oct. 8 LinkedIn post from the health system.

She most recently served as chief people officer at ConcertAI, which offers generative artificial intelligence solutions for the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Ms. Gordon succeeds John Ryan, who was named chief administrative officer in September. He became CHRO in November 2024.
