Michele Morrison, RN, has been named president and chief hospital executive of JFK University Medical Center in Edison, N.J., after serving in those roles on an interim basis.
Ms. Morrison has been part of Edison-based Hackensack Meridian Health for nearly 20 years, according to a May 19 LinkedIn post from the system. She joined JFK University Medical Center as a staff registered nurse, later serving as risk manager and then president of Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, N.J.
Hackensack Meridian Health operates 18 hospitals across its network.
