Rhode Island system CFO to retire

Wakefield, R.I.-based South County Health vice president and CFO Tom Breen has shared plans to retire, according to a Nov. 26 LinkedIn post.

Mr. Breen has been with South County Health since 2006. During that time, he has helped strengthen the system’s financial foundation, led debt restructuring efforts, advanced payer negotiations, optimized procurement and investments, enhanced decision-support capabilities and improved internal audit and documentation, the post said.

South County Health comprises Wakefield-based South County Hospital, South County Medical Group and South County Home Health, according to its website.
