Texas leader becomes chief nursing officer of New York system

Julie Moore, DNP, RN, was named chief nursing officer at Syracuse, N.Y.-based St. Joseph’s Health.

Dr. Moore will oversee the strategic direction of nursing services across the system, according to a Feb. 17 system news release. 

She has spent 15 years in leadership roles and most recently served as vice president of patient care services at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas.
