Rick Allen has retired as CEO of Warren (Pa.) General Hospital after more than a decade of leadership.

During his tenure, Mr. Allen led the hospital through a financial and strategic turnaround, established partnerships with Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network and Erie, Pa.-based LECOM Health, and maintained its status as an independent community hospital, according to a June 25 Facebook post from the hospital.

He also oversaw more than $40 million in facility and equipment improvements and expanded patient services, the post said.
