Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, N.Y., has appointed Kipp Jones as COO.
In this role, Mr. Jones will support the organization’s growth and performance, with a focus on operational systems that benefit both patients and providers, according to a Dec. 2 hospital news release. His leadership background includes recent roles at Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare facilities in New Hampshire and a private practice supporting rural healthcare across New England.
His appointment comes as Community Memorial prepares to upgrade its electronic medical record systems, an area where Mr. Jones has led implementations in the past.
Community Memorial is a 25-bed critical access hospital.
