North Dakota critical access hospital taps CFO

Jamestown (N.D.) Regional Medical Center has named Derek Schaff CFO. 

Mr. Schaff is joining the critical access hospital from Linton (N.D.) Regional Medical Center, where he served as CFO and COO since 2018, according to a July 2 news release. He is expected to fully assume his new role by July 14. 

He currently serves as president of the North Dakota Healthcare Financial Management Association, sits on the board of the North Dakota Hospital Association Insurance Trust and is a member of the Rough Rider High Value Network’s business innovation committee. 

Mr. Schaff  succeeds Beverly Fiferlick, who served as Jamestown Regional’s CFO for more than nine years.
