Cyndee McGuire, president and CEO of Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, N.H., plans to retire in early 2026.
Ms. McGuire has worked in healthcare for nearly 50 years and has served as CEO since 2014, according to a June 19 hospital news release shared with Becker’s. She previously served as COO of Saranac Lake, N.Y.-based Adirondack Health from 2009 to 2014, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Her legacy includes a focus on community engagement and patient-centered care, the release said.
Monadnock Community Hospital offers primary care, emergency care, women’s health and behavioral health services.
