David Brash was appointed CEO of Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, W.Va., effective July 7.
Mr. Brash brings nearly 37 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role, according to a hospital news release.
Most recently, he served as CEO of Logan (W.Va.) Regional Medical Center, part of Louisville, Ky.-based ScionHealth.
His new role also holds personal and professional meaning to Mr. Brash, as he was born at the hospital and raised nearby, according to the release.
RGH, part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Health, is a 300-bed facility.
