AdventHealth hospital names new CEO

Tavares, Fla.-based AdventHealth Waterman has named Brandon Nudd its next president and CEO, effective Oct. 6. 

Mr. Nudd has spent more than two decades with Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth, according to an Oct. 2 news release from the health system. He most recently served as the president of AdventHealth Hendersonville (N.C.) and AdventHealth Polk in Columbus, N.C. 

He joins 310-bed Waterman as it is set to open a new medical office building and a freestanding emergency department in 2026.  

“I see this as an opportunity to build on that foundation to make care even more accessible, more personal, and more connected to the lives of the people who count on us every day,” he said in the release.
