Ruchita Sharma has been named chief human resources officer of New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery, according to an Aug. 29 LinkedIn post.
In her new role, Ms. Sharma will lead the hospital’s talent strategy, and will help align its people strategy with innovation, long-term value creation and business growth.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Sharma served as vice president of human resources for New York City-based Guardian Life, according to her LinkedIn page.
