Julie Covault, COO of Sidney, Ohio-based Wilson Health, has been named acting CEO, effective immediately.
The appointment follows the April 11 retirement of President and CEO Mark Klosterman, according to an April 28 health system news release.
Ms. Covault has 31 years of leadership experience at the system, which includes at Wilson Memorial Hospital, a surgical center and two urgent care locations.
