Lori Morgan, MD, president and CEO of Pasadena, Calif.-based Huntington Health, plans to step down after eight years in the role.
Dr. Morgan will leave the Cedars-Sinai-affiliated organization before the end of 2025 to focus on her family, according to a May 29 Huntington Health news release.
She joined Huntington in 2017 and led its 2021 affiliation with Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai, a move aimed at enhancing stability and resources. Under her leadership, the organization implemented a new EHR and expanded its outpatient network.
Before joining Huntington Health, Dr. Morgan served as president of Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, Ore., for eight years, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Huntington Health operates the 544-bed Huntington Hospital in Pasadena.
