Chris Scarpelli has been named vice president of financial operations for San Diego-based Scripps Health’s North Region hospitals, according to an Oct. 5 LinkedIn post.
The hospitals comprise Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla (Calif.), Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla and Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas (Calif.).
Prior to his new role, Mr. Scarpelli served as senior finance director for Scripps Health, according to his LinkedIn page.
“Chris has been an invaluable leader within Scripps Medical Foundation, and I’m excited to see his continued impact in this new role,” Scripps Health executive vice president and CFO Brett Tande said in an Oct. 7 LinkedIn post.
