Brown University Health hires former Mass General Brigham CIO

Adam Landman, MD, has been named chief digital information officer of Providence, R.I.-based Brown University Health.

Dr. Landman most recently served as senior vice president of digital and CIO of Mass General Brigham, headquartered in Somerville, Mass. Before that, he was chief information and digital innovation officer of the health system’s Boston-based Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he worked as an emergency physician for over 15 years.

“At a time when healthcare faces significant challenges, I’m excited to join the Brown Health community — collaborating with new colleagues and partners to harness digital tools and AI to advance care, improve access, and elevate experience for patients and providers,” he posted Oct. 4 on LinkedIn.
