OhioHealth hospital taps chief nursing officer

Leslie Beining, MSN, RN, has been appointed chief nursing officer of OhioHealth Van Wert Hospital.

Ms. Beining has more than two decades of leadership experience, most recently serving as the hospital’s senior advisor of operations. Previously, she served as manager of quality/accreditation and patient safety, according to a May 15 news release. 

In her new role, she will oversee all nursing operations and focus on strengthening workplace culture and care quality. 
Ms. Beining succeeds Paula Stabler, MSN, RN, who was appointed president of Van Wert Hospital earlier this year.
