ECU Health chief nurse elected director-at-large for nursing leadership association

Trish Baise, DNP, RN, chief nursing executive at Greenville, N.C.-based ECU Health, was elected director-at-large for the American Organization for Nursing Leadership.

Dr. Baise will serve a three-year term beginning Jan. 1, according to a Sept. 14 system news release. 

“I am truly honored and grateful to have been elected to serve as AONL Director-at-Large,” Dr. Baise said in the release. “This is an exciting opportunity to serve our nurse leader community, strengthen the voice of nursing leadership and help shape the future of our profession.”

AONL represents 12,500 nurse leaders nationwide, and aims to equip nurse leaders with the skills needed to advance patient care and strengthen healthcare facilities.
