Miami-based Nicklaus Children’s Health System has named Melissa Smith system vice president of finance, according to a post on her LinkedIn page.
Ms. Smith joins Nicklaus Children’s from Falls Church, Va.-based Inova Health System, where she served as vice president of finance, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Her previous experience includes serving as vice president of revenue cycle operations for Medical Payment Exchange; vice president of hospital operations for Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Northwest Community Healthcare; and vice president of revenue cycle for Fredericksburg, Va.-based Mary Washington Healthcare.
