Heather Coleman, MSN, RN, has been named chief nursing officer of Chicago-based CommonSpirit Health’s Northwest Region.
The region includes Tacoma, Wash.-based Virginia Mascon Franciscan Health. Ketul Patel, CEO of VMFH, announced Ms. Coleman’s appointment June 12 on LinkedIn.
Ms. Colemen has worked in clinical leadership roles at several health systems, most recently as vice president of clinical practice and professional development at Tacoma, Wash.-based MultiCare Health System. Prior to that, she served as CNO at one of the system’s hospitals.
