Waukegan, Ill.-based Vista Health System has promoted Kim Needham to CEO.
Ms. Needham will succeed Aundrea Styles, who served as interim CEO, according to an April 11 LinkedIn post.
Kevin Spiegel began serving as Vista Health CEO in October 2024, but exited in March to become CEO of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Florida Medical Center, according to his LinkedIn page.
Prior to her new role, Ms. Needham served as assistant CEO and COO for Vista Health.
Ms. Needham will continue to serve as both CEO and COO for Vista Health in the coming months while the system searches for its next COO. Ms. Styles will also remain engaged through a supporting role to help with the onboarding process and COO search.
