Kansas hospital CEO to retire

Russ Johnson, who has served as president and CEO of Lawrence, Kan.-based LMH Health since 2016, plans to retire in August.

Mr. Johnson has more than 40 years of experience in healthcare leadership, according to a March 25 hospital news release.

During his tenure, the 174-bed hospital expanded its services and facilities, including the construction of LMH Health West Campus, which houses clinics and services for physical and occupational therapy, primary care and women’s services.
