Scott Herndon has been named executive vice president and CFO of Beth Israel Lahey Health in Cambridge, Mass.
In his new role, Mr. Herndon will lead system finance functions and strategic initiative implementations to promote its growth, financial goals, mission and sustainability, according to an Aug. 4 news release.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Herndon served as senior vice president and CFO of system and strategic finance at St. Louis-based Ascension. He also served as Ascension’s senior vice president and CFO of operational finance.
