In this role, Mr. Nalepinski will oversee care delivery and lead business operations for oncology services systemwide, including strategic planning and program development at VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Mr. Nalepinski has more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles focused on cancer care services. He joins VCU Health from The Innova Group, a healthcare consulting firm. Prior to that, he led the oncology service lines at Durham, N.C.-based Duke University Health System and Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
