UW Health Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer Cherodeep Goswami is heading to Renton, Wash.-based Providence.
Providence has appointed Mr. Goswami as its new CIO, effective May 12, according to a March 19 news release. In this role, he will lead the health system’s IT strategy and operations, overseeing cybersecurity, AI deployment and internally focused areas of the organization’s digital platform.
Mr. Goswami has served as Madison, Wis.-based UW Health’s vice president and chief information and digital officer since 2020, according to his LinkedIn. He led the organization’s strategic direction for IT, informatics and other digital initiatives.
