Amber Deardorff, BSN, RN, has been appointed president and CEO of Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames, Iowa, effective Aug. 1.
Ms. Deardorff serves as vice president, COO and chief nursing officer of the hospital, according to an April 29 news release from the hospital. She joined Mary Greeley in 2003 as a patient care technician and stepped into her current role in 2023.
She will succeed Brian Dieter, who is retiring after 17 years as CEO.
