St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center in Texas has named Lauren French chief operating officer, effective July 14.
Ms. French previously served as vice president of operations at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, a 590-bed, three-campus facility within HCA Healthcare’s Midwest Health, according to a July news release. There, she oversaw multiple service lines and helped secure funding for more than $35 million in capital projects, including a freestanding emergency center. She also relaunched an ECMO program and led a pulmonary embolism response team that became the busiest in Kansas City.
She began her administrative career at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak in San Antonio, a 284-bed facility, where she was responsible for several ancillary and support departments.
St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center is based in Round Rock, Texas.
