After launching a national search in December, West Reading, Pa.-based Tower Health has appointed Brian Rayme executive vice president and CFO, effective June 2.
Mr. Rayme most recently served as CFO of Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, an $850 million academic medical center where he led an $80 million turnaround in 18 months. Before that, he was senior director of reimbursement and regulatory reporting for Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Mike Eesley came out of retirement in 2021 to serve as Tower Health’s inaugural chief transformation officer and, in January 2023, transitioned to the role of CFO. Mr. Eesley has officially transitioned out of the role of CFO but will continue to serve as chief transformation officer.
“As we advance our three-year strategic plan and roll out the Tower Experience initiative, I’ve never been more optimistic about our future,” Tower Health President and CEO Michael Stern said in an internal email to staff. “Together, we will continue to grow patient volume, manage costs effectively and elevate the experience for both our patients and you.”
