Ms. Shields will succeed Michelle Conger, who became OSF Ministry president on Jan. 1, according to a Jan. 23 news release from the health system.
In her new role, Ms. Shields will work with system leadership to develop and executive strategic initiatives to drive growth, overall success and innovation at the organization. She will also manage OSF Healthcare’s brand and oversee its business development, marketing and communications and planning.
Ms. Shields has been with OSF Healthcare since 2010 and most recently served as vice president of business development.
