Cindy Bo was appointed the inaugural chief of Charlottesville, Va.-based UVA Health Children’s, effective March 31.
In her new role, she will oversee operations and employees at UVA Health Children’s, including patient care, strategy, finances and access expansion efforts, according to a March 24 hospital news release.
Ms. Bo has served as senior vice president and chief strategy officer at Boston Medical Center Health System since February 2024. Before that, she served as senior vice president of strategy and business development, Delaware Valley, at Nemours Children’s Health.
