Tuscaloosa, Ala.-based DCH Health System has named David Herman vice president of finance.
Mr. Herman will begin his new role on Oct. 13, according to a DCH news release. He has more than 30 years of experience leading financial strategy, revenue cycle operations, and performance improvement.
He most recently served as finance director for Cleveland-based University Hospitals, where he oversaw accounting and revenue cycle integration for Concord Township, Ohio-based Lake Health, which the system acquired in 2021.
He was previously vice president of finance and vice president of revenue cycle for Lake Health, according to his LinkedIn page.
