Carolyn Gorman, senior vice president and chief strategy officer of Radnor, Pa.-based Main Line Health, plans to retire Nov. 3.
She has played a vital role in shaping the health system’s strategic direction, according to an Oct. 31 LinkedIn post from Main Line Health.
Ms. Gorman has held the role since 2019. Before joining the system, she held leadership roles at Philadelphia-based Penn Medicine for 16 years, most recently serving as vice president of system integration and regional operations from 2015 to 2019, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Main Line Health includes five hospitals, six health centers and more than 14,000 employees.
