Angela Hinnegan has been named CEO of Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna, Alaska, effective Jan. 2, according to a Nov. 7 hospital news release shared with Becker’s.
She will succeed Shaun Keef, who is retiring after serving as CEO since July 2022. He previously served as the hospital’s CFO from 2012 to 2014 and COO from 2019 to 2022, according to the release.
A certified public accountant, Ms. Hinnegan has been CFO at the 63-bed hospital since August. She has also held leadership roles at South Peninsula Hospital in Homer, Alaska, and Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, according to the release.
