Lita Kapuscinski has been appointed senior vice president of strategy and development at Dallas-based Medical City Healthcare.
In the role, Ms. Kapuscinski will oversee strategic growth initiatives, including service line development and physician partnerships, according to a June 23 health system news release.
She brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, most recently serving as market chief strategy officer at Tucson, Ariz.-based Carondelet Health Network.
She also spent 16 years with Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth in roles including assistant vice president of business development, according to the release.
Medical City Healthcare is part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare and operates 20 hospitals.
